Weekly Kick

Ok boys,

the guild has reached his stability.
You all knows our rules, that i will write again here :


- Respect others
- Partecipate at the daily Boss fight, set at 22.00 GMT / 17.00 EST
- One day after joining, if u feel we are good for you, requested to donate 10 shards
- Register to our forum in order to partecipate to Guild activity.
- Actually Might Requirement is 5.000
- In case you feel comfortable to stay in our Family  we require a donation of 30 shards / week at the moment (after release of Here be Monsters feature it will be requested 50 shards / week)

So, first of all considering that Here be Monsters has just been released from next week the shards to be donated become 50 (considering this feature allow to catch, it seems, many more shards)

I will write in this thread week by week the members that do not respect rules and therefore are elegible for kicking.
This means that as soon as new player that meet requirements ask to join us the member that do not respect will be kicked.
Of course a member kicked may asks to come back, we will be glad to take back a loyal member.
And of course, it depends on the reason we kick you.
If you have a date with my wife, for example, do not expect me to let you join   

The ones that respect above rules will never be kicked.

Please note that rules are not written on the stone, they may change.
So if you think there is something wrong write on General Discussing your proposal (not here please)

We may accept 5 more members considering we have 8 memebers still in Guild elegible for kicking.
If someone of the 8 members still in clan do not want to be kicked it is better they regolarize they position donating the shards required (last week was 30, this week again 30 for total 60)

As usual as soon as someone asks to join us, if we have no room, these members will be kicked.

There are 2-3 members that donate less than decided, but have donated more the weeks earlier. These member are not considered elegible for kicking, but please do not miss this week requirement.

I remember you all that, now with HBM, the weekly quote is 50 shards now.

Ok, we have a lot of people not making their donations, and this isn't fair to the rest of the guild. So it's time to do some housecleaning. I've been recording donations for the past couple weeks and will start posting a list of people here that will be booted if they don't contribute within three days of their name appearing here. If you see these people online, feel free to let them know they are on the boot list, in case they aren't checking the forum. I will be giving some flexibility to people that have made large donations in the past or people that are fairly new.

Yeah, it's pretty sad. These people don't think 1000 HB a day is worth 10 shards. I don't get it.
